Hướng dẫn điền Simulation
Kiểm tra các input dưới đây trước khi Submit.
Resource & effort: Hệ thống tự điền effort: các tháng đã có Actual dùng số liệu Actual; các tháng kế hoạch dùng số liệu RA. PM kiểm tra và điều chỉnh effort cho đúng với tình hình thực tế của project. Với Resource mới, nhập username, Site, Type và bậc P 1–9. Type: EMP = nhân viên chính thức (kể cả thử việc) — có 13th, soft salary và bảo hiểm; APP = Apprenticeship/OJT/Internship; POI = Service/Contractor/Vendor — APP và POI không tính 13th, soft salary, bảo hiểm. Một member được RA nhiều giai đoạn rời nhau (hoặc kéo qua hai năm) sẽ tự tách thành nhiều dòng — các dòng của cùng một member nằm liền nhau, ngăn bằng đường kẻ nhạt.
WIP: Hệ thống giữ nguyên Offshore revenue (WIP) ở các tháng đã chốt. PM nhập WIP bằng USD cho các tháng kế hoạch; tổng WIP phải lớn hơn 0.
OT & Xjob: OT: các tháng đã có Actual được Hệ thống tự điền; PM nhập số tiền USD cho các tháng kế hoạch. Xjob nhập USD cho các tháng kế hoạch. Project không dùng thì để 0.
Electricity, water, seat, Other Direct Expense & AI expense: Electricity, water, seat mặc định hiển thị Norm; PM có thể edit theo thực tế. Hệ thống điền Other Direct Expense và AI expense từ P2 cho các tháng Actual; PM nhập USD cho các tháng kế hoạch.
Long Onsite: khi bật, nhập direct cost USD theo tháng và phải có ít nhất một tháng lớn hơn 0.
